String Orchestra

The string orchestra is offered to string students working at at least Grade 1 standard. It is an opportunity for students to come together and make music in a social setting, with the goal to support musical development while fostering friendship and a sense of community. Students work through a range of repertoire from different styles and genres, developing understanding of how parts work together, how to play as part of a section, how to listen to others and play in time, and how to play expressively as part of a group. The string orchestra rehearses from 10:45am to 11:30am (45 minute rehearsal) and costs £90 per term (siblings are charged at 50%).

Choir

The choir is offered to all students. It covers vocal development, projection, diction, part work, and general musicianship. The choir rehearses from 11:30am -12pm (30 minute rehearsal) and costs £60 per term (siblings are charged at 50%).
